GOT ITHarvest update for the South Cebtral region for the second half of November 2020
Sugar production reached 427 thousand tons in the second half of November. Since the beginning of the 2020/2021 harvest up to December 1, accumulated sugar production reached 38.09 million tons, the result is 44.16% above the quantity on the same date during the 2019/2020 cycle.
The volume of ethanol produced reached 587 million liters in the second half of November, with 353 million liters of anhydrous ethanol and 234 million liters of hydrous ethanol. The accumulated production of ethanol reached 28.91 billion liters, with 9.41 billion liters of anhydrous ethanol and 19.51 billion liters of hydrous ethanol. Of the total fuel produced in the second half of November, 115.88 million liters of biofuel were produced from corn.
